Shipping costs depend on the amount of fabric you purchase. For this reason, the value of shipping costs is displayed moments before completing your purchase.

At Texland we ship your fabrics throughout the national territory (including islands) and abroad. The cost of shipping costs abroad is presented after consultation - contact us .

Yes, when buying fabrics at Texland , after making the payment we always send you a confirmation email. If you have not received it, please check your SPAM box, if you still have not received an email confirming the purchase made, please contact us.

In the purchase confirmation email you can consult your order number, as well as the links through which you can follow the status of your order. For more questions , contact us or talk to us on WhatsApp.

The more fabric you buy at Texland, the lower the meter price will be. If you verify that the website does not update the discount according to the desired quantity, as shown in the table, please contact our team. Click here to report the problem or contact Texland immediately via WhatsApp.

Yes, Texland sends samples of any fabric!

We know how important it is to see the colors and feel the textures of the fabrics you need. At Texland we want your projects to be successful, that's why we send fabric samples that are 4x8cm scraps or other dimensions depending on the references . Samples are free, however you will have to pay for shipping costs. Samples cannot be returned and will always be sent to the address provided!

To request samples of a fabric, create an account and select "Request Sample" on the products in question. You can request up to 5 samples. Submit the request and provide the data requested. Contact us to find out more information and clarify any other questions.

It is only possible to return/exchange an item until payment has been made, as the fabrics will be cut according to the specifications and measurements requested by the customer, it will not be possible to exchange or return items after payment confirmation. We ask that, before returning the Product, you contact us by email at mail@location.com.pt , letter, or telephone.
Cancellation of the order can only be done until payment has been made, as only after payment will the fabric be cut according to the measurements requested by the customer. After payment, the customer will not have the right to cancel the order and terminate the supply contract, as provided for in paragraph c) of article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, namely: “Supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized ”. The customer must notify us of their intention to cancel the order and terminate the contract in writing, using any durable medium, preferably by email: mail@location.com.pt .
