Returns, refunds and exchanges

Only requests for returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted up to 14 days after delivery date. The articles have to be sent to our address, with the receipt, label and original packaging. The article must be unused and under the same conditions as you received it. We request that, before proceeding with the return of the Product, contact us by e-mail mail@location.com.pt, letter, or telephone contact.

If you use the email mentioned above, we will acknowledge receipt of it within 24 hours.

Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be evaluated and an email will be sent to notify the acceptance or rejection of the return. Simultaneously, the date of shipment of the new product or refund will be communicated (it will be carried out between 2 to 7 working days).

We emphasize, once again, that only exchanges of articles with manufacturing defects and without signs of use will be accepted. The exchange will be for the same product, in case of availability.

The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The costs of shipping will not be refundable.
