When browsing and buying on the Texland website the customer:

He accepts that he has read and agreed with the following terms and conditions;

PREAMBLE

Article 1 - Object

These general conditions of sale have as its object available and define all the information necessary to the user about the modalities of order, sale, payment and delivery of purchases made on the website www.texland.pt.

These conditions regulate all the necessary steps to make the order and guarantee the follow -up of this order between the contracting parties.

Article 2 - Order

The user implemers his order through the completion of the purchase process presented on the website www.texland.pt, adding the product (s) or service (s) that intends to order the shopping basket. Texland reserves the right to provide 2 cloths for footage ≥ to 10 ml for logistical reasons, should enter contact with us to clarify any issues related to the cut.

To send your order, the user must complete the information and choose the options available to him throughout the order ending process (delivery and billing, shipping, payment method, as well as the NIF and the name that for tax purposes, it intends to be in the invoice).

The final confirmation of the order by the user is equivalent to the full and complete acceptance of prices and description of available products for sale as well as these general conditions of sale that will be the only applicable to the contract thus completed.

The company will honor orders received online solely to the limit of available stocks. In the absence of product availability to Texland is committed to informing the user as soon as possible.

The constant data on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the user. The invoice once issued may not be re -mitigated with changes.

Order requests are valid for 3 (three) days, except if the order is registered under a promotional campaign that sets a different term, and it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this period. If the payment of it is not received by our services within that period, the order may not be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned or used in a new order.

Article 3 - Color Variations

Texland has the greatest care in the description of tissues and the quality of photographs presented to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. However, the color of the tissues can differ from that presented on your monitor. As such, we do not accept any responsibility. In general, small variations in color and tissue structure may also occur, which becomes inevitable, however these variations do not represent the defect of the article. In microfibers, PVCs and natural tissues, migration or color variation may occur depending on the lot number.

Article 4 - Payment

On the website www.texland.pt, the company proposes to the user the following payment modalities via:
1.1. Multibanco and MBway Reference

1.2. Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay);

1.3. Bank transfer;

1.4. Paypal.

In the case of credit card payment, the debt will be made on the user's card immediately after confirmation of the dispatch of the goods. If some ordered products are sold out, their value will be credited to the user's card after the closure.

Article 5 - Delivery

The delivery time for mainland Portugal ranges from 1 to 3 business days. Except festive times when the delivery time may vary by logistics reasons external to Texland. Texland operates from Monday to Friday.
Shipping to mainland Portugal is made considering the weight (kg) of the fabric as a function of the purchased meters.

Article 6 - Prices

Prices must be understood in euros, with fees and taxes included, taking into account VAT in force at the date of payment of the order. The value of the shipping size will thus be added later to the order process.
Product prices presented and shipping sizes will be properly discriminated against in the final validation phase of the order and differ consonant compromise of tissues or samples.
Prices set forth in the online store are only valid for the day they are announced, keeping in force for the customer who orders on that date.
In case of change (replacement) of the product, the price assigned will be the substitute product and not the originally ordered product.

Article 7 - Cancellation and Return

It is only possible to return/exchange an article until the payment of it. Once the fabrics will be cut according to the specifications and measures requested by the customer, it will not be possible after payment confirmation exchange or return articles. We ask that, before returning the product, contact us by email mail@location.com.pt, letter, or telephone contact.
The cancellation of the order can only be made until payment, since only after payment will the cutting of the fabric will be made according to the measures requested by the customer.

After payment, the customer will not be entitled to cancel the order and the resolution of the supply contract, pursuant to the provisions of Article 17 (c) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, to know:

“Provision of goods made in accordance with consumer specifications or manifestly personalized”.

The customer must notify us of their intention to cancel the order and resolution of the written contract, upon the use of any durable support, preferably by email: mail@location.com.pt.
Only acceptance of defective articles are accepted. Articles with signs of use will not be accepted as defective articles. The exchange will be for the same product, in case of availability of it.
The costs of sending the return will be supported by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refundable.
Whenever possible the return should be made by the same payment route, but if it is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and ownership of an account or card, so that the return by bank transfer is performed.
The company undertakes to reimburse the user within 7 days after the return of the products.

Article 8 - Samples

Fabric samples are flaps of approximately 6 x 6 cm, but may be reference variable for reference (larger or smaller).
Samples are not repayable and will always be sent to the available address!
Samples are free of charge being paid only the shipping size of 4.90 € (VAT included) with the possibility of tracking.
The delivery time of samples is up to 2 weeks.
